Development Finance News:-A redevelopment project will soon start in Poplar, London. This redevelopment will come up as a new build on the project site Angel House, 225 Marsh Wall, Poplar, and London, E14 9FW.  According to the detailed planning of this project, the construction will develop a structure of 48 storeys with two storeys below the ground.  The building will feature a total of 332 units, giving residential space for 166 one bed houses, 136 two bed houses, 18 three bed houses, and 12 four bed houses.

The building will also grant space for commercial use including setting up of offices, retail stores, nursery school, youth center, health center, children’s play area, flower shop, beauty salon, art gallery, coffee shop, dental clinic, and post office. Apart from that, there will also be 678 spaces to be used for parking. The entire project will be developed on a site area of 3000 square meters. As per the reports, the worth of the entire construction is estimated to be £80M. The construction work for this new project will begin in early January 2020.
