The construction will take place on a site area and floor area of 2.42 Ha and 750 square meters respectively.
As per the revealed confirmed report, the building will have a total of 928 units, providing residential space for 277 one bed houses, 431 two bed houses, and 220 three bed houses. Apart from that, the building would grant space for commercial units at the ground floor, landscaping and parking.

The client of the project will start construction work in the first quarter of 2019. The client group of the project consists of X1 Developments Limited and Knight Knox International as the project clients. The architect group of the project consists of DK Architects as the lead architect, Turley Associates as the Planner, and Planit IE as the Landscape architect. The consultant group of the project consists of Hydrock as the Mech. & Elec. Engineer, Turley as the Sustainability consultant, and Hydrock Consultants Limited as the Flood Risk Assessment Consultant. The management group of the project consists of X1 Developments as the Project Manager.
