This project, popularly known as the CLOCKHOUSE & ACCESS HOUSE Project, is a new venture of the renowned client Plot Bromley by Bow LLP. According to the details of the granted project plan, the construction will comprise a structure of 27 storeys with one storey below the ground.

The buildings will feature 491 units that will give space to 220 one bed houses, 239 two bed houses, and 32 three bed houses. Apart from that, there will be a total of 29 spaces to be used as parking areas. The building will even grant space for commercial setups including retail stores, offices, and restaurants. The entire project has been estimated to value at £130M.

According to the confirmed reports, Plot Bromley by Bow LLP, the project’s client will start the project in the second quarter of 2019. The completion date of the project has not yet been confirmed. The client group of the project consists of Plot Bromley by Bow LLP as the client and Danecroft Properties Limited (RLP Crawley LLP) as the Delivery Partner.

The architect group of this project consists of Assael Architecture Limited as the lead architect, GL Hearn & Partners as the Planner, East Architecture Landscape & Urban Design as the Landscape Architect, and Gleeds UK Head Office as the Quantity Surveyor. The consultant group of the project consists of Hoare Lea, Waterman Building Services Limited, and Steer Davies Gleave. The management group of the project consists of Gleeds UK Head Office, Danecroft Properties Limited (RLP Crawley LLP), and Arcadis LLP Head Office.
