A brand new project, better known as the GREAT WESTERN PARK Project will soon come up on the site West of Didcot, Btwn A4130 and Park Road to both North and South of B4493, Wantage Road, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX110AG, according to the confirmed reports. As per the detailed planning of this project, the construction will develop a four-storeyed structure featuring a total of 3200 units.

These units will grant space for both residential as well as commercial use. The building will feature housing units, shops, leisure area, and community facilities. The entire construction will cover a total site area of 184 Ha. As per the reports, the worth of the entire construction is estimated to be £200M.

The consultant group of the project consists of Taylor Wimpey (Oxfordshire) and David Wilson Homes Southern Limited as the Structural Engineer and RSK Group Limited Land & Development Engineering Limited as the Consulting Engineer.
