Plans for 1,300 new homes in Ripon, North Yorkshire

Land at Claro and Deverell barracks in Ripon is to be re-developed to offer 1,300 new homes and commercial space, Homes England and the Ministry of Defence, MoD, have announced. Planning appeal assignments speeded up to four weeks

New buyer interest rises for the first time in 20 months

Edinburgh house price growth sluggish in June

Northern Ireland shows 5.2 per cent house price rise for June
