Construction of TOTTENHAM HALE SITE Project has started

Development Finance News:-The project TOTTENHAM HALE SITE, ASHLEY ROAD WEST – MIXED DEVELOPMENT has already started with its construction at Strategic Development Partnership Sites, Welbourne, North Island, Ferry Island, Ashley Road East & Ashley Road West, Stat, Tottenham, London, N17 9JL. The council of Haringey is looking over the construction for this particular project.

The project has started with its construction at 30^th April, 2019 and is supposed to finish by the 30^th September, 2019, thus the construction lasting over a period of 17 months. The total floor area is 522 sq. m and there will be a total of 2 structures built which are going to accommodate 98 units distributed among 15 storeys. There will be 26 one bed houses provided, along with 62 two bed houses and 10 three bed houses. The total construction finance value of this project is estimated at £8.3m.
