The council of London Legacy will be undergoing supervision for the construction of this particular project. The project is supposed to start by the third quarter of 2020 and will last a period of 48 months, and is scheduled to end with its work by the third quarter of 2024.
The total floor area is 613 sq. m and the total site area equal to 1.3 Ha. There will be a total of 5 structures built, which will comprise of 14 storeys having 407 units accommodated in them.
