New home figures rise by more than 20 per cent, says NHBC

A total of 13,527 new homes were registered to be built in the UK in April - a 21 per cent year-on-year increase, reports the National Housing Building Council, NHBC. Out of the new homes registered in April - 9,972 were in the private sector and 3,555 were in the affordable and rental sector. First-time Buyers Reaches a 12-year High
