Short Term Loans News:-The WOOD WHARF W02 & WO3 construction stage is almost reaching the halfway stage at Wood Wharf, Prestons Road, Isle of Dogs, Poplar, and London, E14 9SF. The council of Tower Hamlets is governing the construction of this project. The project had started way back at April 2015 and is expected to last over a period of 120 months. The project is supposed to be completed fully by the April of 2025.

The total floor area is 155023 sq. m and the total site area is 133.4 Ha. The total number of units to be built is 1668 units which will comprise of 37 storeys. 3 storeys will be built below the ground as well. Additionally, there will be 709 spaces which will be allotted for parking. The total value of this project is estimated at £387.5m.

The companies involved in this project

The main client for this project is British waterways Head Office. The associated developers are Ballymore Group, Wood Wharf Property Company Limited, Canary Wharf Group PLC and London Borough of Tower Hamlets. The Architect is Pelli Clark Pelli Architects. The planner is DP9 Limited. The Landscape architect is Martha Schwartz Partners. The Mech. & Elec. Engineer is Hilson Moran Partnership. The structural engineer is WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office). Canary Wharf Group PLC is also the project manager and the contractor.

The Civils subcontractor and the groundworks subcontractor is W J Groundwater Limited. The interior fitting out subcontractor and the Joinery subcontractor is Ruddy Joinery & Fit-Out Limited. The external walls subcontractor is Schneider (GB) Limited. The M & E subcontractor is NG Bailey & Company Limited.
