JLL has been appointed as the project manager of the project. They will be assisted by Blue Sky Building and Arup, which will act as the lead management contractor and CDM Coordinator respectively.

McGee Group Limited has won the highest number of subcontracts, including demolition, foundations, groundworks, and swimming pools. GIG Facades Limited and Barr & Wray Limited have won the external walls subcontract and swimming pools subcontract respectively.
