Blue Sky Building is the main contractor for this project, but Taylor Wimpey will be taking over once the Blue Sky Building has finished construction on site. This project will include commercial units, residential units, restaurant and pubs, canteens and kitchens, gymnasia and surface car parking.

Royal Mail Estates Limited is the main client group on this project. Mr Lee Warr of Feilden Clegg Bradley Architects is the lead architect for this project. D9P Planning Consultants will be the primary planner. AECOM is going to act as the Quantity Surveyor, and Camlins is the lead landscape architecture firm. Hoare Lea will be providing its services for Mechanical and Electrical engineering and Sustainability consultancy.

Blue Sky Building is the project manager. Imtech Engineering Services London and South Limited is the fire protection subcontractor, heating and ventilation subcontractor, plumbing subcontractor and security subcontractor.
