Development Funds News:- Barkin Developments Limited and Barratt Homes Manchester Limited have come together to redevelop the COLLEGE GARDENS – 140 HOUSES, located in Land off Sutton Way, Ellesmere Port, in Cheshire, CH65 8EJ. The redevelopment will provide houses consisting of two, three and four bedrooms. The reconstruction is going in an area of 3.4 Ha with 140 units of apartments consisting of 132 three bed, 6 two bed,and 2 four bedroom houses. There are 280 parking garages allotted. It started in mid-January,2017 and is expected to finish by the mid-March,2019. The value is being estimated at £14 M.
Development Funds – HZA
The material will consist of the envelope of windows, external doors, the cladding of tiles and brickwork. Security will include permanent fencing, concrete paving, soft landscaping, boundary fencing, new mains supply, new access,and hard landscaping. Hank Zarihs Associates provides the funding for this,and another necessary support is also provided by them. The redevelopment has been approved. The chief architect behind this is Escape Urbanists. TEP Limited is the landscape artist present. The consulting engineers are from Curtis Consulting Limited.
There are two contacts associated with it, one being Mr. Aaron Tilley, Associate and Mr. Alex Bogt, Transport Planner. A civil engineer is from Cole Easdon Consultants. The contractor is Barratt Homes Manchester Limited with the civilian subcontractor as TPS Plant & Groundworks limited. The groundwater subcontractor consists of TPS Plant & Groundworks limited, AJCornell Contractors and Thomas Contracting Limited, with Mr. Wyn Thomas, the Director. The Plant subcontractors include Thomas Contracting Limited and AH Plant Hire Limited. Mr. Tony Cornall is the owner of AJCornell contractors, who are the civil contractors.
The groundworks, plants as well as the landscaping subcontractor is Fox Brothers (Blackpool) Limited. Jim Yates & Sons limited is the Foundations and groundworks subcontractor as well. NPR Management Services Limited T/A Select Security Services is the security subcontractor. The plant subcontractors include Cross Plant Hire Limited, Garic Plant, with Pump power Rentals Limited being the plant subcontractor. The investors in COLLEGE GARDENS – 140 HOUSES are sure to get a significant return because the project will be a success due to the all-round assistance from HZA.
