Barratt (West London) Limited deserves a kudos for gaining planning for the redevelopment of the old Nestle Factory at the site Nestles Avenue, Hayes, Middlesex, UB3 4QA. This will be a privately funded brownfield site project, which will involve the demolition of the existing infrastructure before the execution of the master plan to replace the old Nestle Factory.
