Bridge Lending Loan News:-Harlow Rugby Football Club and Kier Living Limited together have submitted an application for the development for 118 houses and 12 flats at the site Harlow Rugby Football Club, Elizabeth Way, Harlow, Essex, CM20 2JQ.

This is a privately funded project, and the new project will be developed on an empty land. The entire construction will be 3 storeys high, and it will comprise 125 units in total. The site area for the project is 3.6 Ha. This project will be completed in 24 months, and upon completion, it will offer 288 parking spaces for the residential units.
Adrian Stevenson of RDC Limited will fill the role of the lead architect for the project, while the primary planner for the development will be Miss Hollie Howe of Savills Cambridge. Faulks Perry Culley & Rech and Kier Living Limited will act as the lead landscape architecture firm and Quantity Surveyor respectively. The project manager and the primary contractor for the project are also Kier Living Limited.
The management group of the project consists of First Base Limited as the project manager.
