An application for the development of the 12-storeys project has been submitted to the council of Harrow on the behalf of Quadrant Construction Services. The application is pending detailed approval. The new build will involve the construction of 5 different structures, rising up to 12 storeys, and comprising 650 residential units.

The project will also include the development of public health centres, general retail units and decorative landscaping. The project will begin in March 2018 and finish construction in March 2021 in a period of 36 months. Neil Campbell of BPTW Partnership will fill the role of the lead architect, while the primary planner will be Alister Henderson Carter Jonas Llp. Michaela Stevens of Turkington Martin Studio will be joining this project as the primary landscape architect. Quadrant Construction Services is the primary contractor and project manager for the entire project.
