This privately funded project has been categorized as a Brownfield Site project, and it will involve the demolition of the existing infrastructure on the land.

Upon completion, the entire project will consist of 216 individual residential units. The project will feature the construction of 60 one bedroom houses, 129 two bedroom houses, 27 three bedroom houses, and a 64 bedroom hotel. The highest structure in the construction will be 12 storeys high. The floor and the site are for the development will be 3495 square meters and 1.4 Ha respectively. 266 parking spaces will be provided for the entire facility.

James Tatham of Jestico Whiles & Associates will be joining the project as the lead architect, while Sam Metson of Bidwells will join him as the primary planner. The consultancy services in the fields of Mechanical and Electrical engineering and Sustainability will be provided by PHA Consult, while RLT Engineering Consultants Limited will act as the primary Structural engineering consultant.
