The entire construction will be 42 storeys high, and it will comprise 578 units in total. A total of 4 structures will be erected during the development. The site area for the project is 5800 square meters, while the entire floor area covered will be 4697 square meters. 340 one bedroom flats, 204 two bedroom flats, and 34 three bedroom flats will be constructed for the project. The development will offer 33 parking spaces for the residential units.
