The entire project will be developed on a site area and floor area of 4000 square meters and 15150 square meters respectively. The whole construction finance work for this project is estimated to value at £22 M.

The architect group of this project consists of TP Bennet LLP as the architect. The contractor group of the project consists of DW Hicks Building Company Limited as the project contractor, City Demolition Contractors (Birmingham) Limited as the Demolition subcontractor, East Midland Electrical Installations Limited as the Fire Protection subcontractor, Unique Window Systems Limited as the Doors subcontractor, and Midwest Formwork as the Floors subcontractor.
