Willesden Green Garage, Cricklewood | 81 Flats | Cost £20M

Healey Development Solutions Limited has officially submitted an application for the development of 81 residential units at the site Willesden Green Garage, St Pauls Avenue, Cricklewood, London, NW2 5TG. The project is still pending detailed approval, and it will be a privately funded Brownfield Site project. The project will feature demolition of any existing real estate property and erection of new structures.

 

The project will commence from October 2018 and it will be finished in a duration of 18 months. The finished project will lay over a site area of 2300 square meters. 1 structure of 8 storeys high, with one below level storey, will be developed. It will consist of 37 one bedroom houses, 27 two bedroom houses and 17 three bedroom houses. It will also offer 24 parking spaces for the residents.

Mr Alex Vine of Meadow Residential LLP will be the associated developer on this project. Stiff & Trevillion and WYG Environmental Planning Transport Limited will be the lead architecture firm and the primary planner for this project respectively. The lead landscape architecture firm will be Fabrik Limited, and the Quantity Surveyor will be Cast Consultancy. The consultant group for this project will feature Mr Gerry Taylor of Taylor Project Services as the Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultant, Bellamy Wallace Partnership as the Structural engineering consultant, WYG Environmental Planning Transport Limited as Transport consultant and Capita (Head Office) as Flood Risk Assessment consultant.
