Aequitas Estates (Maidstone) Limited has officially submitted an application for the development of 118 flats at the site Godstone Road, Whyteleafe, Croydon, Surrey, CR3 0EG. The tender has been awarded to the application, but it is still pending a detailed approval.

This is a privately funded design & build the project, which will involve the construction of a 3-storey health care and 118 residential apartments. 4 structures, consisting of 118 residential units and rising as high as 4 storeys, will be developed for the entire project. 46 one bedroom and 72 two bedroom apartments will be constructed during the development.
The lead architect for the project will be Mountford Pigott Partnership, and the primary landscape architecture firm will be Bradley Murphy Design Limited. JSA Consulting Engineers will provide their consultancy services in the field of civil engineering. Vinci Construction, Quinn (London) Limited Head Office, and Buxton Building Contractors Limited were among the top bidders for this project.
