£142m infrastructure investment for 8,500 new homes in Woking and Truro

House prices up by more than 5 per cent, reveals Halifax house price index

Residential developments were the only part of the construction industry to grow in May, according to figures from the Purchasing Managers Index, PMI. New home figures rise by more than 20 per cent, says NHBC

A total of 13,527 new homes were registered to be built in the UK in April - a 21 per cent year-on-year increase, reports the National Housing Building Council, NHBC. Glasgow tops property house price growth

April sees rise in mortgages for buying residential homes
