The council of the City of London has categorized this development as a Brownfield Site project, and the application is still pending a detailed approval.
The development of the project will begin in November 2017. 1 structure, towering up to 43 storeys high, and consisting of 284 units will be constructed during the development. 42 one bedroom flats, 60 two bedroom flats, 11 three bedroom flats, and 7 four bedroom flats will be featured in this development. Furthermore, Pan Pacific Hotel will also be developed for the project. The project will cover a floor and a site area of 97718 square meters and 5000 square meters respectively.
PLP Architecture and MSMR Architect will join the development as the lead architecture firms, and the primary planner firm will be DP9 Planning Consultants. The primary interior design architect and quantity surveyor will be Yabu Pushelberg and Alinea Consulting LLP respectively. The demolition subcontractor will be Keltbray Limited Head Office, while the primary joinery subcontractor will be Ruddy Joinery & Fit-Out Limited. Expanded Structures Limited has won the subcontracts for foundations and groundworks.
