Residential Bridge Loans:-In the official application submitted by Guildhouse UK Limited, for the mixed development of the residential and commercial property, the site chosen is 1 Lansdowne Road, Former YMCA and Marco Polo Buildings, Croydon, Surrey, CR0 2BX. The council of Croydon has categorized this development as a Brownfield Site project, and the application is still pending a detailed approval.
From the fourth quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2020, the entire project will be developed in 24 months. 2 structures, towering up to 68 storeys high, and consisting of 794 units will be constructed during the development. 443 one bedroom houses, 279 two bedroom houses, 64 three bedroom houses, and 8 four bedroom houses will be featured in this development.
Furthermore, 217 hotel rooms will also be developed for the project. 157 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. The project will cover a floor and a site area of 32262 square meters and 4800 square meters respectively.
CZWG Architects and Martin Robeson Planning Practice will join the development as the lead architecture firm and the primary firm. The primary landscape architect and quantity surveyor will be Livingstone Eyre Associates and Tropus & Spicer respectively. The primary mechanical and electrical engineering consultant will be M-E Engineers, while the flood risk assessment consultant will be Vectos Highway Infrastructure. Tropus & Spicer will also act as the project manager for the development.
