Following the demolition of existing infrastructure on the site, the project will involve the erection of 1 structure including 26 storeys. 2 of the storeys will be developed below the ground level. Kohn Pedersen Fox (International) PA has been assigned the role of the lead architect, and they will be joined by Gerald Eve (Head Office), who will act as the primary planners. Mr David Ravenscroft of Andy Sturgeon Landscape and Garden Design will be taking the role of the lead landscape architect, while Core Five LLP will provide their services as Quantity Surveyor.
