The application is still in the stage of detailed planning. This Brownfield site project will involve demolition of existing structure, in order to construct new structures. Once completed, the floor area for this project will cover 16658 square meters, while the entire site area will cover 5100 square meters.
This Brownfield site project will involve the construction of one main structure, with 42 storeys above ground and 3 storeys below the ground level. Upon finishing, the structure will include 222 residential housing units and 133 parking spaces. This project will begin in the third quarter of 2020 and finish development in the third quarter of 2025. 49 one bed houses, 91 two bed houses, 79 three bed houses, 3 four bed houses, and 90 hotel beds will be featured in this project.
Robin Partington Architects will be the lead architect, while DP9 Planning Consultants will act as the primary planner for this project. Townshend Landscape Architect, Ginkgo Projects Limited, and Peter Stewart Consultancy will join the development as the primary landscape architecture firms.
Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy and civils consultancy for the project will be provided by Hoare Lea. WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) will act as the lead firm for offering consultancy services in the department of Structural engineering.
