London Bridging Loan:- Quadrant Construction Services has submitted an official application for the development of 518 mixed units at the site 68-75 Brunner Road and Alpha Business Centre, 60 South Grove, Walthamstow, London, E17 7NX. The entire project has been labelled as a Brownfield Site project, and it will be a privately funded development. The subcontract has been awarded to the application, while it is still pending a detailed approval.

The time period for the development of this project is 48 months; from the late quarter of 2017 to the late quarter of 2021. 1 structure consisting of 518 individual residential units, and rising as high as 16 storeys, will be constructed for this project. The site area covered by the structures will be 1.58 Ha. 190 one bedroom houses, 297 two bedroom houses, and 31 three bedroom houses will be developed during the construction of the project, and a total of 268 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. The project will also feature commercial and retail space with associated passenger lifts access.
While RMS (England) Limited is the primary client for the project, the associated developer will be Hadley Property Group Limited. Pollard Thomas & Edwards Architects has been chosen as the lead architecture firm for the development, and they will be joined by Savills Plc, which will act as the primary planner firm for the project. Outer Space will be the lead landscape architecture firm. Environmental Services Design will provide their consultancy services for mechanical and electrical engineering and sustainability, while Robert Bird Group will lead the consultancy services for structural engineering, and civil engineering. The primary transport consultant will be Robert West Consulting Limited.
The project manager for the development is TPS Project Management. The primary contractor for the project is Quadrant Construction Services, while the primary foundations subcontractor and frame subcontractor will be Van Elle Limited and Tamdown Group respectively.
