Since this a Brownfield Project, the development will begin after the demolition of the existing infrastructure. The application has been submitted to the council of Newham, and it is still pending a detailed approval.
15 structures rising 13 storeys high will be constructed for the project, and the total site area covered by the structures will be 3.3 Ha. 838 residential units will be developed, while a total of 270 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. 297 one bedroom houses, 269 two bedroom houses, 230 three bedroom houses, and 42 four bedroom houses will be featured in this project. The net retail floor space will be 878 square meters.

UKD Groundworks & Civil Engineering Limited has won the subcontracts for civils, foundations, groundworks, and demolition. Haydon Mechanical & Electrical Limited has been awarded the subcontracts for fire protection, heating & ventilation, mechanical & electrical, plumbing, and security. The subcontracts for doors and windows have been awarded to M Price (Aluminium & Glass Systems) Limited. Rye Demolition Limited and Eastlon Scaffolding have won the subcontracts for demolition and external walls.
