Cheap Bridging Loans News:- Essential Living (Warlingham) Limited has submitted a development application for the development of 249 flats, shops and a nursery at the site Deptford Creek, Copperas Street & Creek Road, Creekside East, Deptford, London, SE8 3BT. The application is still in the stage of detailed planning. This Brownfield site project will involve demolition of existing structure, in order to construct new structures.
Cheap Bridging Loans: Once completed, the floor area for this project will cover 267 square meters, while the entire site area will cover 4800 square meters. This Brownfield site project will involve the construction of two main structures, with 23 storeys above ground.
Upon finishing, the structure will include 249 residential housing units and 321 parking spaces. This project will begin October 2016 and finish development in June 2018. 105 one bedroom houses, 104 two bedroom houses, and 40 three bedroom houses will be featured in this project.
Assael Architecture Limited will be the lead architect, while BPTW Partner will act as the primary planner for this project. Brock Carmichael Associates Head Office will join the development as the primary landscape architecture firm. Rider Levett Bucknall will be the lead quantity surveyor.
Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy and sustainability consultancy for the project will be provided by Sweco. Walsh Group will offer their services of structural engineering consultancy. The management group includes InnC UK and Andrew Goddard Associates Limited.
Gloster MEP Limited has won the subcontracts for heating & ventilation, mechanical & electrical engineering, plumbing, and security. Conneely Drylining Limited and Rangemoor Windows have won the subcontracts for external walls and doors. Eliments has won the subcontracts for doors and windows. Inline Design Limited is responsible for ceiling finishing, interior fitting out and wall finishing. The primary joinery subcontractor is GPM Group.
