Bridging Loans News:- The construction of GLENGALL QUAY – 484 FLATS AND RETAIL SPACE is underway at 45-59 Millharbour, 2-4 Muirfield Crescent & 16, 21 & 23-39 Pepper Street, Poplar, London, E14 9TD. The plan is to construct 3 mixed use buildings. The value stands at £150M. The whole of the construction is to be governed by the Tower Hamlets council. The approximate duration for which the project will continue is 30 months. With a floor area of 7362 sq. metres and site area of 7000 sq. metres, the 3 buildings will be having 45 Storeys in total, in which 484 units will be accommodated.

Development Funds

There will be 223 one bed houses, 169 two bed houses, 80 three bed houses and 12 four bed houses. Additionally, there will be one Storey below the ground as well. 11 parking spaces will be allotted. Sustainable Homes has rated the construction 4 stars and the BREEAM rating is excellent. The funding has been taken care of by HZA.

The main client is Healey Development Solutions Limited and Meadow Residential LLP with Mr. Alex Vogel, Development manager as the main contact. 3D Reid (Architects) Limited is the architect with GVA Grimley Limited being the planner.
