Bridging Loans News:-The construction of CHELSEA WATERFRONT- LOTS ROAD PLOT HS3, HARDWICK HOUSE-112 FLATS is being done at Former Power Station, Lots Road, Chelsea, and London, SW10 0QD. The main scheme is building 112 flats with associated parking and landscaping. The detail planning has been granted and the subcontract has been awarded. The price of the site is roughly £26M. Kensington and Chelsea council are looking after the construction. The project has started on May 2017 whereas the tender was awarded on 11th April, 2016.

There will be a total of 112 units which will consist of 2 bedroom development and 3 bedroom developments. There will be decorative landscaping provided as well, with the provision of surface car parks being provided. The whole of the funding has been done by Hank Zarihs Associates as well as proper help and guidance in every step has also been provided by them.
Hutchinson Whampoa is the client, with Farrells Head Office as the architect. The main contact is Mr. Nigel Bidwell, Project Architect. DP9 Limited is the planner, and the landscape architect being Randle Siddeley Associates. Mr. Mike Brizell, Landscape architect and Mr. Peter Igoe, Landscape architect are the main contacts.
The structural engineer as well as the civil engineer is Buro Happold, with Mr. Richard Reynolds, Associate Director being the main contact. Hutchinson Whampoa is also the project manager, with Mr. Gilbert Gehrmann, projects manger being the main contact. United Living (South) Limited is the contractor and JRL Environmental Limited being the Foundations subcontractor.
JRL Environment Limited is also the groundworks subcontractor as well. LJJ Contractors Limited is the fire protection subcontractor, the heating & ventilation subcontractor, the M & E subcontractor, the Plumbing subcontractor, and the security subcontractor as well. The external walls subcontractor and the scaffolding subcontractor is DWG Scaffolding Limited. Radius Contract Flooring Limited is the floor finishing subcontractor with Tilbury Contracts limited being the Roofing subcontractor. London Hoist Limited and London Tower Crane Hire are the plant subcontractors. With the help of HZA, the building of the CHELSEA WATERFRONT- LOTS ROAD PLOT HS3, HARDWICK HOUSE-112 FLATS is in good shape.
