Bridging Loan News: Congratulations to Chalegrove Property Limited for gaining planning for the mixed construction of commercial and residential units at the site The City Pride Public House, 15 Westferry Road, Poplar, London, E14 8JH. This privately funded Brownfield site project will begin construction on a previously empty land. The flexible options of development finance loans will allow the client to complete the project within the allotted time period.
Chalegrove Property Limited will construct 1 new structure. Furthermore, the new structure will consist of 948 residential units and will rise up to a height of 75 storeys above the ground level. 3 levels will also be developed below the ground level. A total of 30 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. The development will also include a health spa, swimming pool, restaurant, business Centre, retail areas, cinema, sky lobby at level 56, two amenity floors at levels 27 and 56, and basement car parking services. The units will comprise 864 residential units and 84 serviced apartments. The Bridging Loan budget for this project will be sustained and maintained with the help of development finance loan options.
Bridging Loan Finance
Squire and Partners will be the primary architect for this project, and it will also serve as the lead interior designer. The primary planner will be GVA. Farrer Huxley Associates and Gleeds UK Head Office will take the roles of landscape architect and quantity surveyor respectively.
The Mech & Elec engineering consultancy services will be provided by Hoare Lea. WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) will delivery consultancy services in the fields of structural and civil engineering. Aecom will be the lead sustainability consultant. The project manager and management contractor will be Chalegrove Property Limited.
JRL Environmental Limited has won the subcontracts for foundations and groundworks. KFK has won several subcontracts, including external walls, windows, and doors. Haydon Mechanical & Electrical Limited is also among the primary contractors and has won subcontracts for fire protection, heating & ventilation, M & E, plumbing, and security. The client will use the option of development finance loans to continue working on their ongoing projects without any burdens.
