Simon Bowden Architecture has been chosen to serve as the primary architect for the development. DP9 Limited will join the development as the lead planner firm. Gardiner & Theobald Limited Head Office will serve as the primary quantity surveyor for the entire development process.
Hurley Palmer Flatt Head Office, Alan Baxter Associates and TTP Consulting will join the project as consultants. Ridgeford Properties Limited will fill the role of the project manager for the development.
