The project will begin construction in April 2018. Towering 2 storeys high, 52 houses will be developed during the project. 9 parking spaces will be provided for the residents. Inland Homes Plc and Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners Limited will take the roles of the primary architect and the primary planner for this project. Inland Homes Plc will also act as the primary quantity surveyor for the development.

The lead civil engineering consultant and transport consultant will be Entran Limited and Phil Jones Associates Limited. The project management group includes Inland Homes Plc and WDE Consulting Limited. Anderson Group Limited has won the subcontracts for foundations and groundworks, while Inland Homes Plc will be the major contractor for the entire development.
