The site Royal Star and Garter Home, Richmond Hill, Richmond, Surrey, TW10 6RR have been chosen for a residential development project in an official application submitted by Richmond Hill Developments (Jersey) Limited. The client has been awarded the subcontract, but they are still waiting for a detailed approval. This Brownfield Site project will be a publicly funded development.

Short Term Bridging Loans

1 structure, rising 4 storeys high, will be constructed for the project, and it will be spread over a floor and site area of 16866 square meters and 7030 square meters. A total of 86 units will be developed, including 29 one bedroom houses, 24 two bedroom houses, 29 three bedroom houses and 4 four bedroom houses. 125 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. The project will also feature a new basement car parking area.

PDP London and DP9 Planning Consultants will act as the lead architecture firm and the lead planner for the project. Todd Longstaffe-Gowan will join the development as the primary landscape architecture firm. Horae Lea and Aecom are the consultants for the project. Horae Lea will consult on the aspects of Mechanical and Electrical engineering and Sustainability, while Aecom will be the lead consultant for Structural and Civil engineering.

London Square is the primary contractor and the project manager for the entire development. Haydon Mechanical & Electrical Limited has won 5 subcontracts for the project. These subcontracts include Fire Protection, Heating and Ventilation, Mechanical and Electrical engineering, Plumbing and Security services. The subcontracts for Interior Fitting Out, Wall Finishing and Floor Finishing have been awarded to Stone & Ceramics Limited. The subcontracts for the Doors and Windows have been won by JPJ Installations Limited. Roseville Projects Limited t/a Re-Genuk is the primary subcontractor for Painting and Decoration. Kingston Garden Services has secured the subcontracts for Plant and Landscaping. The Joinery Subcontractor is NRT Carpentry Contractors.
