Quercus Healthcare Property Partnership (Quintain Estates) has submitted a development application for the redevelopment of 2 building at the site Yellow Car Park, Fulton Road, Wembley, Middlesex, HA9 0NU. The application has been awarded a subcontract, but it is still pending a detailed planning. This Brownfield site project will involve demolition of existing structure, in order to construct new structures. Once completed, the gross retail floor space will cover 3578 square meters.

This Brownfield site project will involve the construction of two main structures, with 17 storeys above ground. Upon finishing, the structure will include 361 residential housing units and 59 parking spaces. This project will begin in November 2016 and finish development in December 2018. Associated landscaping and surface car parking will also be featured in the development.
Flanagan Lawrence will be the lead architect, while WYG will act as the primary planner for this project. Randle Siddeley Associates and MacFarlane and Associates will join the development as the primary landscape architecture firms. Tower Eight will act as the lead quantity surveyor.
Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultancy for the project will be provided by Desco (Design & Consultancy) Limited. Buro Happold will join the development as the primary civil consultants. The project manager for this operation is Stace LLP.
The primary contractor for the development is Wates Construction Limited Head Office. JRL Environmental Limited has been awarded the subcontracts for foundations, groundworks, floors and frame. CD Engineering has won the subcontracts for security, fire protection and electrical engineering. Commodore Kitchens Limited and JA Stott Carpentry Limited have been awarded the subcontracts for interior fitting out and joinery. The subcontracts for plumbing, heating & ventilation and mechanical engineering have been awarded to Fascel Group. The leading doors and windows subcontractor for the project is OCL Facades Limited.
