Telford Homes Plc has submitted a development application for the development of 123 residential units, and commercial retail space at the site 80-84 & 88 Wallis Road, Hackney, London, E9 5LW. The application has been awarded a subcontract, but it is still pending a detailed planning. This is a privately funded new build project. Due to the size of this project Telford Homes will most likely use development finance to fund this project.
