This privately funded project will begin construction in January 2019 and finish the construction process in January 2022 in a period of 36 months. This will be a completely new build which will be completed within the assigned deadline with the help of flexible Non Status Bridging Loan.

When completed, the building constructed will rise up to 67 storeys, and offer 861 residential units. 2 storeys will also be developed below the ground level. This development will feature 480 one, 340 two, and 41 three bedroom houses along with a commercial floor space, parking and landscaping work. The client will ensure that all of their ongoing construction processes are finished before the deadline with the help of development finance loans. The project will offer a total of 9 parking spaces.

 

Non Status Bridging Loan

HOK International Limited (Head Office) will fill the role of the primary architecture firm. Bilnger GVA will act as the primary planner for the development process. They will be joined by Gleeds UK Head Office and Gillespies LLP which will act as the lead quantity surveyor and landscape architecture firm for the development respectively. The primary interior designer will be Argent Design Limited. The client has decided to opt for the flexible and useful Non Status Bridging Loan to help them with financial stability.

WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff (Head Office) will offer their consultancy services for the fields of Mech & Elec, and structural engineering. The project manager for the development will be AECOM and Gleeds UK Head Office, whereas AECOM has also been assigned the role of the primary management contractor for the entire project.
Bachy Soletanche Limited is among the subcontractors with the highest number of awarded subcontracts, such as foundations and groundworks. Permasteelisa (UK) Limited has won the subcontract for external walls.
