The site Tottenham Hotspur Training Ground, Luxborough Lane, Chigwell, Essex, IG7 5AB has been chosen as the primary location in the development application submitted by Anderson Group Limited. The application has been awarded the subcontract, while it is still pending the detailed approval.

This will be a privately funded project for the new build of a National Autistic School and 60 residential units on the land. The entire development will be completed in a duration of 26 months. Upon completion, the floor and the site area covered by the development will be 3800 square meters and 10 Ha respectively. The National Autistic School will be surrounded by mixed-use game areas, playing fields and associated parking.
RMA Architects Limited and Iceni Projects Limited will join this development as the lead architecture firm and the primary planner. Create Consulting Engineers Limited will provide their consulting services in the aspects of Structural engineering, Civil engineering and Sustainability. MLM Consulting Engineers will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy. The project managers for the project are RMA Architects Limited and Anderson Group Limited.
Anderson Group Limited is the primary contractor for the entire development and has also won the subcontractors for the foundations and the groundworks construction. Longman Electrical Contractors has been awarded the subcontracts for Electrical development, Fire Protection and Security. Tarbin Plumbing & Heating will be in charge of the subcontracts for Heating and Ventilation, Mechanical Development and Plumbing. The subcontracts for roofing and scaffolding have been awarded to Essex Roofing Limited and D & B Scaffolding respectively. Chigwell Construction and Munster Joinery Limited will be responsible for the subcontracts of doors and windows, while Winchmore Limited and CJ Decorating will be involved with painting and decoration aspects of the project.
