PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT NEWS:- The redevelopment of the HURLINGHAM RETAIL PARK is being planned. The target is to provide retail, residential units and office with associated landscaping, parking and works. The address of the redevelopment site is Hurlingham Retail Park, 1-3 Carnwath Road, Fulham, and London, SW6 4SS. The tender has been approved and the estimated value of the site is currently £60M. It is being governed by the council of Hammersmith and the project is due to start by the second quarter of 2020.
PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT BY HZA
It will be taking an approximate 40 months of time, and therefore is likely to finish by the third quarter of 2023. The total floor area is 3015 sq. Metre with 1.4 Ha being the site area. There will be 234 units that are going to be built, and the building will consist of 12 storeys. Additionally, 235 parking spaces will also be allotted. HZA has taken care of the funding completely regarding this redevelopment.
The Royal London Asset Management Limited and Co-op Homes Limited are the main clients. Mr. Drew Watkins, Fund Manager is the main contact. The associated developer is London & Newcastle Plc with Ms. Baerbel Schuett, Development Director being the main contact.
