The council of Camden will be looking over the construction of this project. The project is scheduled to start by 2020. The total floor area of the project is 35946 sq. m and the total site area is 3.26 Ha.
There will be only 1 structure built which will be consisting of 569 units and there will be 14 Storeys built. There will be 1 storey built below the ground as well. There will be 271 one bedroom, 211 two bedroom, 83 three bedroom and 4 four bedroom flats. Additionally, there will be 14 paces allotted for parking. The total value of this project is £50m. The BREEAM Rating for this construction got an ‘Excellent’ review.
