The total floor area for this project is 225 sq. m and the total site area is 6200 sq. m.

There will be only 1 structure built which will comprise of 242 units. There will be 11 storeys built, which will comprise of 144 one bedroom houses and 98 two bed houses. Additionally, there will be 193 spaces that will be allotted for parking. The total value of this project is estimated at £18m.
