The contract has been negotiated and the Leeds council is under the governance of this building. The total time that will be required to finish the construction is 24 months. The total floor area is 33620 sq. metres and the total site area is 1.13 Ha.
There will be a total of 158 units constructed which will be distributed among 10 storeys and one of them will be under the ground. The 158 units are distributed as 34 one bed houses, 68 two bed houses, 50 three bed houses, 6 four bed houses and 30 spaces to be allotted for parking. The estimated development finance price is £80M.
