The council of Redbridge will be governing the construction of this project. The project is scheduled to start with its construction by the May of 2020 and will be lasting for a period of 48 months, ending roughly by the May of 2024.
The total floor area of the project is 21849 sq. m and the total site area is 2.1 Ha. There will be a total of 2 structures built, which will be providing a total of 683 units. There will be 27 storeys, and they will accommodate 334 one bed houses, 270 two bed houses, 78 three bed houses and 1 four bed house. Additionally, there will be 410 spaces for parking purposes. The total estimated development finance value of this project is estimated at £100m.
