A brand new project will be soon coming up in Castle Wharf Esso Petrol Station, Leamouth Road, Poplar, London, E14 0JG. According to the details of the granted project plan, the construction will comprise a total of four structures of 24 storeys each with one storey below the ground. The buildings will feature 338 units that will give space to 226 one bed houses, 60 two bed houses, 39 three bed houses, and 13 four bed houses. Apart from that, there will be a total of 33 spaces to be used as parking areas.
The building will even grant space for commercial setups including a retail store and a café in the ground floor. The entire project has been estimated to value at £30M.
