The chosen site is Wapping Wharf D, E, F, G, Wapping Road, Bristol, South Gloucestershire, BS1 5RN. With the help of Bridge Lending Loans, the client will be able to finish this development in £40M.

The client will finish this development in 36 months. The project will begin in March 2018, and it will be finished in March 2021. 4 structures, comprising 325 new residential units will be erected with the help of Bridge Lending loans. The structure will rise up to 6 storeys high. 151 parking spaces will also be developed for the client. 139 one bed houses, 175 two bed houses, and 11 three bed houses will be developed.

 

 

Muse Developments Limited is the associated developer for the project. The primary architecture firm for the development will be Alec French Partnership. They will be joined by Turley Associates Limited (Head Office), who will serve as the lead planner. The lead quantity surveyor will be Gardiner & Theobald. Gillespies Head Office will serve as the lead landscape architect.

The consultant group includes Hoare Lea Head Office and Hydrock Consultants Limited. Gleeds will take the role of the project manager for the development.
