Paris Gardens & Hatfields | Estimated to Cost £150M
The development application for the construction of Office, retail and restaurant, at the site 1-5 Paris Garden and 16-19 Hatfields, Southwark, London, SE1 8ND, has been submitted by Overcourt Limited. The application is pending the approval of detailed planning. This privately funded project is being categorized as a Brownfield Site project.
The floor area for this project will cover an area of 60751 square meters, whereas the site area will cover 6500 square meters. Following the demolition of existing infrastructure on the site, the project will involve the erection of 1 structure including 26 storeys. 2 of the storeys will be developed below the ground level. The development will feature office space, retailing offices and restaurants, with roof terrace access.
Kohn Pedersen Fox (International) PA has been assigned the role of the lead architect, and they will be joined by Gerald Eve (Head Office), who will act as the primary planners. Mr David Ravenscroft of Andy Sturgeon Landscape and Garden Design will be taking the role of the lead landscape architect, while Core Five LLP will provide their services as Quantity Surveyor. The consultant group includes Sweco as Mechanical and Electrical engineering consultants, AKT 2 as Structural engineering consultants and Caneparo Associates Head Office as Transport Consultants.
