Dairy Crest Milk Depot | Surrey | 49 Units
Ensco 864 Limited has submitted an official application, to the council of Kingston-Upon-Thames, for the construction of 49 new residential units. This is a privately funded Brownfield Project, which will develop the project on the site Milk Depot, Villiers Avenue, Surbiton, Surrey, KT5 8BH. The subcontract has been awarded to the application, while it is still pending a detailed approval.
The entire development will be finished in a time period of 15 months. 49 residential units will cover a floor and a site area of 428 square meters, and 6200 square meters. 17 one bedroom houses, 12 two bedroom houses, 18 three bedroom houses and 2 four bedroom houses will be developed, and 55 parking spaces will be offered to the residents. AWW and Montagu Evans LLP will take the roles of the lead architecture firm and the primary planner for the project. The primary consultants for the aspects of Sustainability and Flood risk assessment will be XCO2 Energy Limited and CSG Consulting Engineers Limited respectively.
The primary contractor for the entire development is C K C Construction Limited. CHAPS has won the subcontracts for security, plumbing, mechanical & electrical engineering, heating & ventilation, and fire protection. The subcontracts for foundations and groundworks were awarded to Speedeck Foundations Limited. General Demolition Limited has won the subcontract for demolition.
