Brent Cross Cricklewood | £4 Billion

London Borough of Barnet has officially submitted an application for the redevelopment of Brent Cross Cricklewood Regeneration Area at the site Brent Cross, Cricklewood Regeneration Area, Cricklewood, London, NW2 1LP. This is a publicly funded project which will involve redevelopment of the existing residential structures. The application is pending outline approval.


The project will begin in early March 2018, and upon completion, the entire project will cover a site area of 151 Ha. The development will include elements from both, commercial and residential aspects of life. The development will include residential units for special needs students and shelter houses. Furthermore, the project will construct retail and general purpose offices, financial and professional service centres, restaurants, bars, industrial offices and rail-based freight facilities.

Hammerson UK Properties Plc, Standard Life Investments and Argent Group will be joining this project as associated developers. The lead architecture firms include Allies & Morrison Urban Practitioners and BDP Head Office, while the lead landscape architecture firm is MacGregor Smith. Capita Group Head Office will be a part of this project as the Quantity Surveyor. Aecom will provide their consultancy services in the areas of Structural engineering and Civil engineering, while Buro Happold is leading the consultation tasks for Mechanical and Electrical engineering. The management group includes Plowman Craven and Capita Group Head Office.
