Planning appeal assignments speeded up to four weeks

Refurbishment Finance News:- Planning appeals are being assigned to an inspector within four weeks compared with an average of 13 weeks last year, but house builders have warned that local councils are still overloaded. House prices up by more than 5 per cent, reveals Halifax house price index

Construction Loans News:- House prices for the three months to May rose by 5.2 per cent compared with the same period last year, according to Halifax data.
