Linton Fuels | Wandsworth | 109 New Homes

Taylor Wimpey (South West Thames) has submitted a development application for the development of 109 flats and retail offices at the site Linton Fuels, Osiers Road, Wandsworth, London, SW18 1NR. The application has been awarded a subcontract, but it is still pending a detailed approval. The is a privately funded mixed development project. Once completed, the floor area for this project will cover 925.7 square meters, while the entire site area will cover 3700 square meters.

This new build project will involve the construction of one main structure, with 14 storeys above the ground level. Upon finishing, the structure will include 109 residential housing units and 20 parking spaces. This project will begin in the fourth quarter of 2018 and finish development in the second quarter of 2020. 22 one bed houses, 77 two bed houses, and 10 three bed houses will be featured in this project.

RG & P Limited will be the lead architect, while Montagu Evans LLP will act as the primary planner for this project. Exterior Architecture will join the development as the primary landscape architecture firms. Taylor Wimpey (South West Thames) will act as the lead quantity surveyor.

Civil engineering consultancy for the project will be provided by Walsh Group. Walker Associates will act as the lead firm for offering consultancy services in the department of Structural engineering. Bluesky Unlimited and Odyssey Markides will offer their consultancy services in the fields of sustainability, and floor risk assessment.

The project manager for this operation is Taylor Wimpey (South West Thames). Taylor Wimpey (South West Thames) is also the primary contractor for the development. The lead plant subcontractor is Elliott Group Limited Head Office.
